4. Uncheck "Reload skin when confirming changes to preferences"
5. Click reload skin

1. Place the fmf in Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2022/Shortlists
2. Open the game and find your shortlists
3. Click "import" and select the file

If it is a Football Manager Tactic File then:

1. Place the fmf in Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2022/Tactics
2. Open the game and find your tactics
3. Click "import" and select the file
